Since 2016, I’ve been creating bespoke cakes, celebratory bakes, and French-inspired pâtisserie desserts, both vegan and non-vegan — all crafted with care, creativity, and a love for real, beautiful flavour. At The Big Bang Cakes, everything begins with a conversation. I take time to understand your story, your vision, and the little details that make your celebration unique. From there, I design and bake each creation by hand — using fresh, high-quality ingredients and keeping things as natural as possible, with minimal use of chemicals or preservatives.
I believe that something sweet should taste as good as it looks — rich, vibrant, and full of life. My inspiration comes from the flavours and textures of French pâtisserie, blending them with a warm, homemade touch that feels comforting yet luxurious.
Every cake is made from scratch, with patience, passion, and artistry — whether it’s a grand wedding centrepiece or a small box of delicate treats to brighten someone’s day. I combine classic pastry techniques, modern design, and honest ingredients to create desserts that are authentic, flavourful, and memorable in every bite.
